At Business Architects, our work does not merely consist of digesting the requests that are handed to us by our clients. To discover new methods to realize more value to projects, we continually exchange in-house knowledge, keep our goals clear, trouble-shoot, with never sparing our energy.

Business Architects: Basic Work Flow

  1. Consulting Stage

Based on the requests we receive from our clients, we conduct thorough research and interview sessions to learn about the project from a variety of angles. The strategies we offer will be more than just a plan for site development. We also provide guidance on techniques for employing the latest technology and design.

  2. Planning Stage

Out of a number of strategic plans that have been shaped until this stage, the most critical points are raised and defined. At this stage, the functions necessary for the site, content, information flow, and site management after its release, are discussed and finalized.

  3. Implementation Stage

Following the acquisition of required materials, and the determination of detailed technical specifications, the development of the site begins. By including a testing period during the implementation process, we maintain comprehensive quality control, and are able to measure the efficiency of our work.

  4. Evaluation Stage

Detailed analysis and evaluation of the delivered site and process are conducted. The information that is gathered at this stage becomes crucial knowledge for advancing the project to the next phase.
