Berlin and Tokyo (February 19, 2003) -- A major European design company MetaDesign AG(MD) and Business Architects Inc. (bA), an international performance full service business enabler, today announced that the two companies have signed the mutual marketing agreement to form a strategic alliance in both Europe and Japanese markets.
The agreement includes that MD and bA will collaborate in enlightening mutual services and marketing activities to potential clients in Europe and Japanese markets.
It becomes possible MD and bA to offer both services globally by starting this strategic alliance.
MD and bA are providing their unique services that have different strength while a lot of people are getting noticed importance of design values for a corporate management.
MD has headquarters in Berlin and is offering a wide range of design services that covering overall corporate activities such as, brand strategy, corporate identity design and communication design.
MD has worked with Dusseldorf International, Berlin Transport Authority (BVG), Audi AG, Volkswagen AG and other many major companies. Most recent work is the "i-mode" project in Germany. When launch of "i-mode" service in Germany, MD was assigned to produce comprehensive design throughout brand strategy, packaging plan, store design and web site design. Consequently, MD accomplished to let them to the success as developed consistent brand experiences. MD is going to spread its abundant know-how and professional service methodology to extensive customers and markets.
bA is based in Tokyo and is offering end-to-end consistent services to maximize design values such as an effective communication strategy and its deployment, a website bench mark evaluation and a system architecture to Japanese major companies. Additionally, bA developed another method which can be a bridge with existing various medias to establish rich communications. bA hopes to provide their services to broader clients and markets through their global website experiences and other former best practices in Japanese market.
