To become a catalyst in accelerating Japanese society's adaptation to new paradigms such as the Web, and to sustain reform and renewal in established corporations and their employees. This is the mission of Business Architects.

With this mission in our minds, we continually gather the human resource that is fit to ponder on how corporate business should be in this "network era". That is to say, we aim to be an assembly of coactive determined individuals. Therefore, this platform is deprived of hierarchy to remain pliant and evenhanded. In parallel, we strive to share both risks and interests. And intensify the significance of the company, whilst increasing personal and collective experience.
